Demolition of existing building. Redevelopment to provide a block of 13 flats within a part two storey, part three storey and part four storey building with 9 car parking spaces at the rear.
We were appointed at Building Regulations stage. Our role was to secure planning conditions, approval under Building Regulations, prepare further production information for construction purposes and site inspections. The development site is located on the western side of Hartfield Road opposite its junction with Sir Cyril Black Way, adjacent to the southern boundary of the Wimbledon Town Centre.
The property lies close to the Hartfield Road car park, within an area of mixed residential and commercial development. The building height cascades down to each side, acknowledging the lower buildings on each side. All finishes were carefully chosen to provide high standard of residential accommodation. The development was successfully completed in 2005.
