Overcoming initial planning challenges, we were able to secure approval for the conversion of this derelict property into five modern flats, providing much-needed housing for the local community. As part of the negotiations we were able to save the client £417,000 in relation to the developer contribution to the council to enable the development to go ahead. This is a significant saving and demonstrates the benefits of employing a skilled architect to help you navigate the planning process.
